We pride ourselves in fostering a company culture of opportunities and equality, with a significant number of our leadership team being women, including New Product Development, Finance, Sourcing, HR, and our very own COO, Anna Mowbrayheading up global operations. In fact, our workforce has grown to be 70% female and reflects our commitment to women’s advancement and forging gender equality.
